Me and this guy named "Mori" are both members of a site forum called BITOG and we both use Macs. This particular forum site gives you the choice of color schemes on the user's control panel.

Mori's able to use the dark theme because his cursor changes to white enabling him to see the cursor against the dark background of the reply box. I on the other hand, for some strange reason, am not.

Could it be that your friend is using graphite and you aren't? I have no idea, but it could be.

Also, the bar at the top of your dark one is bluish purple, on you're friend's it's brown.

I can see the pointer on both as it has a white edge to it.

I'm using graphite BTW.

EDIT: Same with Blue.

Thank You anti-microsoft!!!! :)

I've made the adjustment, and I can't wait to see how it works! :)

Edit: I'm sorry to report that the Graphite setting has had no effect on changing the line from black to white. mori is running 10.4.11 if that makes any difference. I'm running 10.3.9.

Version differences could be it. Assuming you're using safari, you probably have version 1.3 and your friend has 3.0.4. There are some huge differences between those two versions.
