White icon for pirated apps?

Hi guys. I was talking to a friend the other day and he pirates apps but said he buys them now because whenever he downloads an app from that free app thingy it shows up without an icon it's just white. Can anyone confirm this? If so good on Apple for atleast trying to take something away from the people who steal from the devs.

There was a bug with installous that caused to happen when the ipad was first jailbroken, but installous has since been updated and now functions correctly.

Same here, with the update it corrected this issue. Delete and reinstall
