Hello guys,
Was wondering if it's possible to change the iPad 1 glass from black to white, is it possible? And if it is, where can I buy a white glass for iPad 1?

Thank you,
Yours, MrOmer. :)

Why would you want to do such a thing?

The white is distracting and the best/black one pwns for realz!

Try this and this. :) Seriously doesn't the iPad 1 use clips and the 2 use glue to attach the screen ?

no idea but why dont u just sell ur ipad 1 for ipad 2 white? is it too expensive b/c imo much more convenient and wont break ur ipad plus new ipad

Get a white front bezel skin from somewhere like Gelaskin, that way you can change it back to black with no hassles and you won't do any damage.

I did that for my white iPad 2 to make the bezel black  (hey it was either get the white iPad or wait three weeks for a black :p)

And distracting in 93% of usage situations, the main reason I ebay'ed my wht verizon 64 for a blk at&t 64, the white bezel was not working for me =p

You mean distracting during 93% of those situations where it could be distracting, right? Because I have yet to find ANY situation where the white bezel is distracting. I guess it's a matter of subjectivity. Or one being anal about minor things.
