Never for me. Apple's terrible communication with loyal customers about the status of the white iPhone 4 means they lost me, and I presume thousands of others, as customers. I'll purchase my next smart phone from a company that treats me fairly.

This isn't meant to sound mean or anything, but I highly doubt Apple has lost thousands of customers and also I highly doubt they care if they do. Apple is probably best known for their secrecy, they don't care about keeping people in the loop.
