I heard a rumor that the iPhone 32gb white will be released soon
That rumor is wrong. So far all indications are that a white iPhone won't see the light of day until late 2010 or next year.
If that were true, wouldn't apple make it known in order to get all the holdouts to finally buy black? My wife has been waiting since June 15, but I know she would buy a black one if the white was officially postponed any further.
