White Lines Across my Macbook Unibody's Screen

So I got the White Macbook Unibody for Christmas and I love it!
But a couple weeks ago I started to get white, pink, green, and many other colors on my screen when I would open it.
Then when I would use it the screen would start to get whiter and whiter and whiter and then I would move the screen a bit and then it would go back to normal and then start again after a few seconds.
I've tried to reset the something (can't remember the name but this is what you do.)
You turn off the macbook and then you start it again and before the gray screen comes up your hit the OPTION,COMMAND,P,R. Then I did the Startup Disk reset.
Both work but then after a couple days it starts acting up again.
I went into the Apple store near my town and when they looked at it, it worked perfectly... -.-
I was like WOW REALLY?!
So they made me an appointment and I never got an email from them...?
So what do I do?

Take photos and document the issue as best you can in pictures in case the issue doesn't present during your actual appointment.

If you're worried the appointment didn't get made correctly (it is possible that your email address was typed wrong) then you can go to apple.com/retail and make an appointment from home.
