White MacBook 13 battery

I have a late 2008 White MacBook 13. It is needing a new battery. Apple charge £90 for one, and there are many 3rd party ones cheaper.

Does anyone know a decent 3rd party battery. I once bought a 3rd party battery for an iBook, which was pants!

I wouldn't trust or recommend any non-Apple battery, due to the number of problems reported with "knockoff" batteries. Also, there is no assurance that knockoff batteries have the same charging technology that Apple uses, involving the battery, the MagSafe adapter and the Mac's logic board.

Nothing else is really needed. Apple's batteries are that price for a reason.
