Hi,
My white MB is too new to freeze up :) Yes, it's been 3 days, my MB keeps freezing up when I'm surfing via firefox and/or safari. Everything freezes up, I mean everything. I have to power off. In the last 10 min, it freezes twice already. How irritating!!!
Also, the trackpad seems to move slower & not very smooth.
I just installed 4GB 800MHz RAM (it recognizes as 800MHz)
Please help.
Thanks so much.

If you upgraded the RAM by yourself from a 3rd party, it's likely the RAM is to blame. Remove the new RAM and use only the one that came with your MacBook and see if the problem persists.

try making sure if the ram is seated all the way properly. otherwise you might have gotten (a rare) broken ram stick.
