White Noise Maker

I was wondering if there is a program that can make white/pink noise and turn it into an mp3 so that I can throw it on my Ipod. I do not want to be forced into buying an cd, but if I have to, I guess I will

Google is your friend! I stuck in pink noise generator mac and it came back with Tonegen. It seems like you can save the noise as an AIFF file, which iTunes can then convert to mp3 if that's what you need.
