I use the white ocean for running. After each run I washed it with cold water and dishes soap without problems.
I have a third party ocean band replica since I wear a 40mm Apple Watch but it’s light coloured too.
After I workout with it I clean it with screen cleaner and wipe the surfaces thoroughly with the cleaning cloth to get rid of the sweat marks.

How’d you finding the white ocean band on your Apple Watch ⌚️?
I do wear my replica one to workout too and the sweat marks are easy to remove. Just make sure if you do dirty work like yard work or cutting grass don’t wear it it will discolour more easily
