White Pixel in Top Left of Safari window?

This is a strange one. On many websites viewed only in Safari there appears to be what looks like a stuck white pixel in the top left of the window. Any ideas what this might be?

Never noticed it before (mainly because I hardly ever use Safari) but I get it on the occasional website with Safari on my computer too. I would say that this is bug with Safari.

Now that I have noticed it, it is really quite annoying.
