White Screen of Death Question...?

I have a 3G repaired iphone (dropped it about a month ago) and cracked it up well...

Today, suddenly, it just turns to white... (didn't drop it)

anyways, I have been getting texts and calls and of course I can't see any of them...

is there any way I can see what people are texting me through some sort of split screen via my mac?

anything like that?
