Hello, my girl just bought the new Macbook Air 18 Retina No Touch Pad. She tried cleaning her screen but some bubbles got under some kind of blue protector. She tried removing it and cleaning it but under the "blue protector"(if it is a protector) the screen appears to be only white. As the Macbook works the display is working but removing a small part of this blue layer shows that under it the display ia only white. What is the problem? How can it be fixed?

I think the "blue protector" is just that. If it's brand new then this is something placed there by Apple to protect the screen from getting marred during shipping. It should be peeled off. In any event, if you have questions, perhaps a trip back to the Apple Store, or reseller, would be in order.

Apple uses a thin white piece of tissue paper between the screen and keyboard. They don't come with any film on the screen. No idea what OP is talking about.
