White solid bar permanently appearing on left side

Sorry, I'm new, I don't know if this is the right place to post this.

Theres this solid white bar appearing on the left side of my MBA 13 inch late 2013 model, I'm truly desperate. Whenever I'm playing games it disappears but my cursor can't go beyond it, when I'm at the desktop it can indeed go beyond it
