White spots on iPhone 5c screen?

I have recently had the screen replaced, and over the past few weeks some white spots have started appearing on the screen. it started off with just one but there are now 5 or 6 noticeable areas.
Has anyone seen anything like this before or know what it is or how I go about getting it fixed?

Looks like a constellation on your phone! If Apple replaced the screen (which I would recommend them doing) they will fix it no problem.

Who did you have replaced the screen? If it was Apple they will replace it. If it was a third-party very likely will not touch it.
