hey guys, I have a white square, about 3/4 inch width and height in the upper left corner of my display. It's in front of my background.. but behind my windows that i'm using on my desktop. Is it dead pixels ?

From your description, no. why would 'dead pixels' be between your desktop and a window? Does that even make sense?:)

So it only appears on the desktop and not on windows?
