I have buyed this iMac 20" in 2009, and I am starting to have white strips on the screen. The warrantie is over.
I have called the apple hotline, and have done several tests by phone.
We have buy phone reseted the video card and another test I don't remember.
We concluded that it was the video card.
Because when I do a screen shot the strips are not there!
Apple doesn't want to fix the problem.
Seem's like a factory default... It has only 2,5 years!
Just need some tips to get this fixed.
Or do more test...
