Who can create a Lockscreen for me?

Would someone be willing to create an animated lock screen for me or point in the right direction to who could? I can change the code for the weather to show up on LS but as far as creating one forget it!
I am a pilot and fly a Citation X and would like a LS with a photo of the X with maybe clouds going by like its in flight along with weather for my hometown. Also a mini X to use as a slider too with maybe a sound file associated with it.

I'm thinking someone should be kind enough to create it for you free of charge, but I really have no idea. If I could, I would help, but unfortunately I have no idea how to code lockscreens, or anything for that matter.

Thanks for the offer. Seeing as how a lot of people freely share icons, themes etc for everybody that would be nice but since its a custom one and dont think many people would want it I would compensate someone for it.
