Who Can Give me Alittle help! I have imovie 2008 and in that edition theres no SLO MO or SPEED up...

u help me ?
Can you help me if you have 2009 i have the video all set up but i need some one to SLOWmo Parts that say slomo and speed up parts that say speed up...
