Who Did Not Get Their iPhone by Noon?

Its 1:38 here in North Carolina. Waiting for delivery to Durham. Hoping I can be like some of the people this morning who received theirs while typing.

I called UPS and the woman said that for the iPhone orders today they were not guaranteeing noon delivery even if thats what Worldwide Express usually is. So, looks like I may be stuck waiting for my normal UPS delivery time.
 
It's 11 here on the West Coast, but still haven't gotten it yet. UPS around here is awful, and I don't usually see things before 5pm anyway. Was being optimistic and hoping I would get it early, so I could have it set up before I went out tonight.. We shall see.. :rolleyes:
 
fedex delivery exception "future delivery requested", now it says 10/14 by 9:00PM instead of 3:00PM

Of course I would post this, and then a few minutes later get a knock at the door.
 
got mine at like 1:30, which is about 2 hours later than UPS express usually gets to my house, but around 3 hours before the normal delivery truck gets here.

Guy on the truck said there was no way they could get them there in time. UPS Atlanta had every express truck they have delivering them and there was just so many. Add to that constant calls from irate customers calling in requesting redelivery, complaining that they saw a UPS on an adjacent street, but he skipped over their street, etc.

Talked with him for a few minutes because I was signing for my iPhone, my neighbor's iPhone and another neighbor's documents.

Me. UPS sucks. 1 of my iPhones I order shipped thru fed ex and that left the facility at 8:55am and arrived 9:50am. UPS left 5:30am and I still haven't gotten anything..

you also have to consider that UPS is shipping probably 99% of them. My UPS guy said his entire truck was probably a couple thousand iPhones and like 10-20 documents (what UPS express usually mostly ships).
 
i knew i wasnt getting mine by noon the ups driver that does my route usually makes this his last stop, so i'm hoping to have mine soon but wouldnt be surprised if i didnt get it till around 6
 
no phone yet, UPS usually doesn't get here till late. I took off from work for nothing. I could have went to the store and got it.

That's what happened with my moms iPhone 4. I called and they said vzw requested that some get delivered Monday. But they lady said that it would get a retry at 4:30.

I'm still waiting for my 2 4s's to get delivered via UPS
 
WOO delivered! South Hill Ithaca NY is getting their deliveries now.


must get back to my house. hahah. I'm gonna try to run and grab it in between classes.
