Hello,

I am due to receive my iPhone Xs on September the 21st. This is my first time ordering an iPhone from Apple. I need to know who the carriers are so I can make necessary adjustments to my order.

Unfortunately, some carriers such as Amazon Logistics are overwhelmingly incompetent and seem to give a PDA to any hobo slob with a van who then find it acceptable to ignore delivery instructions, and subsequently then my own house! Packages are also opened by the resident who receives my packages. I don't think Apple will use Amazon Logistics but I've had issues with other carriers in the past.
(Yodel must ring a bell? nah just kidding they don't bother to deliver)

So, what carriers does Apple use for the UK? And is it possible to add delivery instructions? I will need for the courier to ask for a secret password (which my family will know, obviously) so if it does get delivered to the wrong address, they cannot receive it. Also, a description of my house.

Worst comes to worst, what can I do? I have only just got my packages back from that neighbour who seemed completely unresponsive (but was in) and they were opened. I do not want to wait until October as I have seen some of the dates push back. Could I possibly get a refund or what? It's really getting me worried.
