I can't because they are just too big for my ears. I have a pair of Sony ear buds and they are fantastic. I am even using a larger pair of earbud tip that are just a little too big for my ears. (I have two cases of replacement tips, thanks to forgetting what I did with the first case, they come in small, medium, and large. I am using the larger pairs first and going down when I need them replaced.)

If I'm asked, I will provide a link to the earbuds that I'm using.

i love them but my right ear and the airpods 4 anc are just not compatible :(

What do you mean by "anc" and not being compatible with your right ear, is your ear bud too big for that ear?

ANC = Active noise canceling. Not sure if the regular AP4 is exactly the same shape or not.

And yes, left bud fits mostly ok. right one just doesnt wanna stay in!

AP4= Apple Pods4, right? As for the earbud not fitting in right, mine do the same thing, all I did is just put the right ear bud in my left ear and the left ear bud in the right ear.

My ears are small for being an adult, they were always small which means the ear canal is smaller, too. (I suppose, it makes sense.)

I have the same issues as you. I also find that using AirPods actually hurt my ears. I also have purchased Sony wireless ear buds and they are much more comfortable.

That sucks! I get it, and have had earbuds that didn't fit right & hurt after a while, but the Apple ones work great for e. I even swapped out the headset work provided us for a pair of the earpods, with a USB-C adapter. Fit is great, sound is great & it takes up so much less space when I'm not using them.
