On iPhone, the app switcher feels very smooth and fluid but on iPad it feels so laggy on all devices except for A5 devices (iPad mini and iPad 2), the lag is so frustrating and annoying on my iPad 4, especially when going in and out of apps from the app switcher. I reported like 10 or more times on the feedback app since ios 9 pb 1. Now Iam on ios 9.1 pb3 and the bug is still present.
