who else is seeing worst battery in ios 5 beta 3?

in beta 1 was decent and beta 2 was really improved for me but so far in beta 3 worst then ever!
 
Prepare to be told over and over that it's a beta and things like this should be expected.
 
Too early to tell if b3 is better than b2 but both are WAY better than b1 and may even be better than iOS4 was.
This is on a 3GS.
 
performance in beta 3 is much better than previous betas, but battery life in beta 2 is the best from my experience.
 
Never tried beta 1 (didn't need to, I read everywhere the battery sucked)

Going from 4.3.3 to beta 2, the battery life sucked. After ~4 hours of usage with light gaming it would go to almost 40% already -____-

Beta 3 battery is awesome for me.
 
Same here, i Din't try beta 1 straight went to beta 2 and Battery life was shocking.

3G early morning checking out websites and by the time i reach work battery almost 70% . Had to slide down brightness to minimum to keep it working throught the day with Edge.

Now with Beta 3 i won't say its freaking awesome but its much much better.

Used today for like 6 hours with 13 hours standby.

Just mad at some bugs like in camera roll which starting the captured images from IMG 001 again !!

But overall Happy with Beta 3 , fast and better battery life .

in beta 3 it works great but battery is horrible for a beta!
 
If anything, best battery life yet. Previously I was down to 30% when getting home, since beta 3 it's been at 60%

Could be due to turning off some of the system location services in the new menu :)
 
Seems like some people have better battery and some people have worse. For me the battery life is pretty bad with beta 3, but it's a beta so I'll live with it.

Usage: 5hrs 56 min, standby: 1 day 9hrs. I have 7% left lol. Going to run this one dry. I initially thought this was the worst beta with battery life I had tried, but it was more like me just using the phone that much more. You see my stats, seems pretty on par with 4.x
 
I am on a iphone 4 CDMA and i can tell you beta 3 is worse than 4.2.9 but i expected this it is beta after all. We are at beta 3 there are many more releases down the line. I agree just wondering what others are seeing. I am getting pretty bad battery life when just on stand by. I however can attest that the phone has become leaps and bounds more useful.
 
I'm starting to wonder if Apple is tinkering with the clock speeds in the betas to try and get a performance boost. I mean technically the iPhone 4 has the same CPU as the original iPad, just underclocked. After the fiasco that was iOS4 on the 3G it would make sense for Apple to do something like this in order to prevent the same complaints when iOS5 comes out. Still, they're trading one bad thing for another so we'll see what they ultimately decide upon...
