am i the only one? my current status is still pending with estimated shipping date of 11/3. i ordered via Verizon mobile app 12:10am this morning, have not received any confirmation email until i called in and the customer rep did some research and finally found my order in their internet department's system (not sure what that is). i think i made a mistake by selecting replacing current phone instead of add a new phone to the account when i preordered. because the current phone tied with my phone number still not paid off (only has $11 left), when i preorder i agree to pay that off along with the price of the iphone x. i've read people used same ordering method are already receiving tracking info. i've called in 3 times, and every time they promised me it's just system being slow, i will get my phone on the 3rd. but now i'm starting to worry. following is the current status, anyone in the similar boat?

I’m on the same boat. I called and a support agent said she couldn’t find it until she reached internet department system but my app clearly says it’s processing. My local Verizon store took my info and preordered it for me. Usually we won’t find out until 2 days before the actual deliver day amirite
 
I ordered through Verizon's website and I do not have a confirmation e-mail yet either but the order shows up in my account. I called and the Verizon employee told me that yes she sees the order and it went through just fine but they were having problem with their e-mail system and not everyone was getting an e-mail.
 
If you get a confirmation email. That means you're gtg? I got them. But for some reason I'm still not convinced. No shipment email yet
 
As in years past, we'll begin to see movement by Tuesday. That is only for orders thru Verizon only. Apple site may be different.

Should i have my local Verizon store do the same? Will the orders stuck in internet team's system eventually get processed before the promised delivery date?
