So far, the IOS/Ipad version has been released and it seems to be working well. I mostly use this app on the Mac though, so I hope that version gets released soon.

Not me. Although it was fun to use on occasion, I don't really need to use it with just 16 straps and certainly not paying for something that was previously free. I can understand starting to charge a fee for things like weather apps where it actually costs the dev to access the info and the more who use it the more it costs. But something like this where functionality is removed from free version rather than extra features for a paid Pro version. Taking the Mickey.
I did. It's only $7 and change and while I mostly use it to track my daily band habits an log my collection, it's still a cool app. I also appreciate that I can see pics of every band ever released in one spot. The devs put in time & effort to build it so this is, to me, a modest price for the use I've gotten and a one-time fee seems reasonable to me.
