Who else is rocking their brand new iPhone 14 without a case and just Apple Care + lol. Or am I the only crazy one. Just can't seem to cover this beauty up but I am getting a glass protector still... I hate scratches lol.

Since I am on iUP and with the changes to the applecare+ with unlimited repairs now, I may just consider. I'm not too worried about scratches.

I’m with you. I won’t even have Apple Care.

I stopped using a case 3 years ago. Upgrade every year and pay for AppleCare that I never use. I also drop my phone a lot.

As much as I want to I wont. Even with IUP and applecare+. No screen protector though. I just slap on the thinnest good spigen/torras case. Prefer better grip. Also with kids/dog/run a family business from a 80k square feet warehouse. I don't want my phone falling and breaking. Yes I live 10 mins away from an apple store but I don't got time to be going to apple to get my phone fixed/replaced etc.

I would, if I was getting an iPhone 14. Just as I do with my 11 Pro Max, my 6s+ and all my other older iPhones.

I don't use cases.

I used a case maybe a couple times in the last 13 years. Ultimately decided I didn't care for them and continued to just use the phone without one.

In 13 years I've only dropped two phones hard enough to break things that required Apple to fix or repair. Both times it was because I was out of sorts and not paying as much attention as I normally would have.

There is however a slight sliver of metal in my iPad's bezel that the bedframe took when I fumbled my iPad in bed.

Apple Care+ is useless for me since I rarely drop my phone, but I do rock a glass screen protector and a clear case. I usually take off the case whenever I am at home though. I love the feeling of naked phone lol.

Took off the case on my X after 5yrs with it on. Dropped it on Day 2 going caseless. Such is life.

But having used it caseless for the past month, I think I can do 14 the same way.

The one thing stopping me is the nice texture and grip of leather cases. It’s a nice surface to hold and use.

I stopped using a case last year with my 13 Pro Max ... just using a screen protector. I never used a case with the original 2G or 3G, 4, 4s, or 5 phones ... I only started with cases on the 6 because the phone started to become too fragile.

By the time of the 13 Pro Max, the drop tests etc online show that the glass has once again got very robust.

After a year of having the phone, the back is still perfect, the steel sides are scuffed up (but that happened even with a case on my 12 Pro Max), and the screen protector kept the screen perfect.

With that said, there is a trick to keeping the phone looking really good without using a case ... Don't drop it.

Too Gorgeous to cover, what color phone threads crack me up as color is irrelevant if your covering up.
14PM 512 black, completely naked.

I’m going naked with just a glass screen protector. These phones are incredibly durable now! I’ve had my 11 Pro Max naked for over a year and dropped it over 20 times onto hard tile floors, wooden floors, and concrete. It’s never shattered.
