Who has received their phone but still hasn't been charged?

I was initially charged $217.15...then it fell off. Couple days later, the charge showed up again...and again it fell off (on Thursday). Now I received my phone yesterday and there is stil no charge on my bank account.

Who else?

It will appear. The authorization is only to give Apple permission to take the money out of your account at some later date. You will get charged in a few days because this happened to me when I ordered a MB Air.
