Apple on their site has a refund verification process. It said mine was credited, but can take a while to appear on the credit card statement.

the refund status link shows no info for many of us. there is no record of a receipt it says.

yup, no info when i put the receipt # & card #. im waiting for an apple expert to call me. i called yesterday and they said it will take 24-48hrs for them to call, 24hrs down, 24hrs to go. if no call by tomorrow im going to try and get something out of this.

btw, i paid with my bank of america debit card? anyone else using the same method of transaction, as in bank of america? maybe its them?
