Very possible, but I doub't it.
That sucks, if their phones are down maybe power is out there? (VOIP?).
I host on my own server, but I have to do regular backups just in case. I haven't been down yet and it's been almost a year. I figured if I ever go down it will take less than 24 hours to be back up and running.
