I don't think you will find many people doing this, it doesn't make sense to sell your iPhone now as it may be a couple more months before the next iPhone is out npand you would be without a phone.

I am selling my software unlocked iPhone 4 now before the warranty runs out in about 3 months, the iPhone 5 will probably be announced then. Gonna use my old 3G to hold me over.

I am selling in the couple next weeks after the apple annoucement , i want to beat the rush of folks selling their phones LOL

I will just buy a cheap windows phone 7 till the iphone 5 comes out!
