Carrier Who is offering the best trade-in deal toward a 12/12 Pro?

I have a 64gb iPhone X that is perfect, but due to be traded in. I currently have been moved to Tmobile via Sprint. I'm curious who will have the best trade-in offer. Best Buy usually has decent deals, but how are Sprint/Tmobile or Apple direct?

T-Mobile has an offer for free iPhone 12 when you trade in an eligible phone. Thinking about doing that since we also have the X.
