who is on my netwrok

I currently have a wireless network with several Macs connected as well as a Wintel, a laptop with Lynx Mint several types of phones and ipods and a Playbook although not all on at the same time. I have noted that the transfer speed drops even when I am the only one in the house and on the system.

Can I view via Lion who is on my network or can anyone suggest a piece of software that can allow me to monitor who is using the network and even allow me to remove them.

Ip scanner will let you see but not remove.

If you have an apple router you can use the built in airport utility.

What router do you have, because most routers have that data visible on their access page?
