Who is this famous person as a child?

For the love of god someone please put me out of my misery. Someone sent round an Excel quiz with famous people as children on that you have to identify and this one is driving me and the wife insane. We have both seen the picture before but can't place the person. Anyone have any ideas?

That's a great guess. Branson was born in 1950, so a black and white picture is quite viable.

It's Sting, aka Gordon Sumner.

Edit: the jumper he's wearing is yellow and black, which is where he got his nickname from.

Going by the ear formation and nose, I'd say that Haggard is a good guess.
