Who is upgrading to Mountain Lion

Just wondering. Who is actually upgrading to mountain lion. Does everyone upgrade, to the latest o.s whenever one is brought out. Or do people just stay with what they have, and upgrade if they really need to upgrade?

Just curious to find out peoples views.

Everyone should. It's a much better release than Lion was.
