Who knows how fast to make an imac 333 go?

Hi, I have an imac 333mhx and need to install Jaguar. I also need to make it as fast as it can go...
How much RAM could I install and what is the best way to increase hard drive up to 20-40 GB?
I only need it to use broadband access to internet. My broadband provider ( sky) says I need Jaguar as a minimum.
