Who makes the DIMMS (memory cards) for the mid-2020 iMac

Some people have found the chips on Apple sticks are marked Micron (aka Crucial), some have found them marked Hynix, and some Samsung.
So it seems it varies.
btw, it does not help to try and find RAM that matches.
