Interesting. The article is slanted against the big 4 (and obviously against ATT) but the opening argument is a bit off. The arrangement is between Apple and ATT regarding who gets to provide service. The author only attacks ATT as being the one who is forcing customers to use the iPhone on their network. Apple is forcing people to use ATT too. It's a partnership.
Also - at the end, the author refers to the guy going to australia and says that he might jailbreak his phone so he can use it overseas. I think she meant he'd unlock it
