I'm still pondering if I should return my 17 Pro. I'm having WiFi and Bluetooth issues, I think it's likely cause by the N1 chip. WiFi is disconnecting on and off randomly and Face Unlock via Apple Watch is not working.

Had something slightly similar myself, had the occasional 1 bar of WIFI signal even though i were next to the router literally haha

Occasional glitch when swiping through home screen
Home screen icons disappear for a second when unlocking
(But i guess these 2 are iOS 26 bugs, hopefully to get fixed soon)

Then there is paint chip concerns..

I still have 10/2/25 to decide if I want to initiate the return. Once I hit the return button, online gives you additional 14 days to return it.

Correct you can return open items and at least here in US there is no restock fee for returning an open item.

I have the iphone 17 carplay disconnect issue. Like you, I am thinking about returning the 17 phone. If there isn't a fix by Wednesday morning, I will probably buy a 16 Pro, and return the 17.

Paying $1099 (plus tax) for a phone, then spending multiple hours trying to figure out some weird bug is too much. The worst part is that Apple isn't saying anything. Will they fix it? If so, when? Is there a decent work-around in the mean time?
