I Found this on my paper, and scanned it in!

G5Price.jpg

i'd be there holding that add demanding my G5 for 100 bucks screaming false advertising...all the while knowing i had no chance but atleast i was takking a shot

If that indeed is the G5 price and not the price of something next to it, then I believe they have to honor that price (I could be wrong) . Go get a 99.00 G5. And if you do get a 99.00 G5, I'd be glad to take that ad off of your hands.

BTW, what day was this in the paper?

They would have to honor it, if they didnt have a disclaimer at the bottom that says printed prices are not guaranteed for accuracy and that prices are subject to change in store w/o notice.

The page has been yanked. I gather it was for some ridiculously cheap G5 that was too good to be true.

they only have to honor it as long as the price they advertised "accidentally" is below their own cost on the itme, at which point they have to sell you the item at cost as per law.
