who to contact about apple accessory

I bought my brother a mophie juice pack air from appl.com/uk for his iPhone 3G but after 2 or3 uses it just stopped working completely and wont charge the phone and wont even charge itself. I sent an email to apple about a week ago and no reply

what do I do or is there someone else i can contact

no need now, someone from the apple store just emailed saying a replacement has been sent out and they will send me details to return the broken one

good service :)
