I need to return my fault 3G iPhone due to a rattling issue when on vibrate. My problem comes to who do I return it to. I bought the phone from o2, however they won't be able to swap it due to having non and I'm certainly not going to wait over two weeks for them to get more stock. So can I phome apple and deal directly do you know?

I don't think so, Aplpe will simply refer you to o2.

I'm in the same boat trying to get a replacement from CPW.
