As per the title?

Are there many workouts, which only require an exercise mat & Apple Watch?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, guys.

Roughly how many HIIT & yoga workouts are there?

I just ordered an Apple Watch, and I already have an exercise mat & iPad Pro, so intend to give this a good go.

I normally run outside but I like to shake up my routine by inserting a HIIT workout maybe once a week. Or I might do some HIIT instead of a run if it’s dark and rainy. You don’t really need any equipment to do these cardio workouts. But warning, they are harder than you might think even if you are a regular runner. And they are high impact, so they aren’t for those with weak knees.

There are constantly new workouts being released which is one thing that I really like about Fitness+. They release them in different time intervals, music, and instructors.

Thanks for the info.

Regarding them being high impact, do you think it will be ok doing them on my laminate flooring?

I don’t want to damage it.

I have an exercise mat, which is relatively thick.
