Who was just charged for Apple Care for Apple Watch today?

I ordered the watch on the 10th. I just noticed they charged for Apple Care today, $69 + tax. I was wondering when they would charge for it. When I ordered iPhone's in the past, they always charged for Apple Care right away. On Friday, there wasn't even a dollar holder on my account.

Anyone else get charged today if you got Apple Care for your Apple Watch?

Same here.
 
Both of mine (AW and band/AppleCare+) are still pending. But they were ApplePay, so they were fully charged/pending from about 3:07 AM ET Friday :)

I wonder if ApplePay charges are different for both the hardware (pending until shipped) and others (accessories, AC+, etc.) also.
 
Yeah, it looks like they've taken at least the AppleCare from the balance of my gift card.
 
when are your delivery dates?

this way we can see if everyone is getting charged or only people who are receiving it on 24 gap

Rec'd charge for AppleCare today on my gift card and my estimated Delivery Date is 5/13-5/27

My delivery is June. I actually went to the Apple Store on the 10th first for my try-on appointment, then ordered right from the store on my iPhone using Apple Pay around 3:45 PM et. I knew I was going to get the delivery date for June, but ordered it anyway.

Yes I got charged Apple Care today.
 
I was charged for AppleCare yesterday and I have a June date.

I also tried to change my payment method for my order and was told I couldn't because my payment had been processed.
 
I have 5/13 delivery and have had a hold for the AppleCare since i preorder on the 10th at 3:10 am. I also have a $1 hold still on my card for the watch.
 
Aw ****, just realized I forgot to add it.

It's 60 days after purchase, right?

its kinda early for charge for it since they are not even shipped yet (your watches). microsoft also offer applecare like protection and i bought surface 3 (pre ordered it) and bought microsoft protection for it and they started charging some people early and microsoft later found out and offered those effected refund and free protection worth of 99 dollars.

That sounds right but I honestly wouldn't go past 30. You should be able to call Apple now and add it or wait until you get the Watch and take it to an Apple Store to have it added as well.
 
Ordered watch only. No charge or anything pending yet. 4/24-5/8 delivery window still.

Just did, they said it'll be best to wait until I get my watch and its information and a confirmed 60 days from the moment they charge.
 
Ordered a space gray 42mm at 12:03am pst, I have a 4/24-5/7 delivery date. I was charged Sunday morning.

Probably a whole lot of nothing - but it's something to talk about. Better than what possibly could go wrong with the product for the ump-teenth time.

I just wanted to know if I was the only one that got charged days later. Usually Apple Care is charged right away. I was getting nervous that maybe my order didn't go through correctly.
