Who will fix iOS 9.0?

Getting a definition for a word by highlighting it and other functions no longer work since updating to iOS 9.0 yesterday. Does anybody know if Apple will choose to fix their errors?

Definitions work fine for me under iOS 9 and this belongs in the iOS 9 subforum, not the watch one.

I had this problem. Highlight a word, then choose 'Define'. You will see a 'Manage' option in the bottom left of the pop-up window. Select this, then download the dictionary which goes with your language. I'm using British English, so hardly an obscure one, but I still had to manually download.
