iPhone 16/Plus Who will have "wow" first impression?

How old of an iPhone do you think one should upgrade from to the newest iPhone in order to have a "wow" first impression? iPhone X? iPhone 6-8?

Anything pre-X and a new iPhone will blow your socks off. After that, mileage may vary.

I went from a X to the 15PM and noticed improvements across the board

Very happy with my 16 Pro upgrade from 14 Pro. Screen increase with smaller bezels is my favorite upgrade. Also looking forward to Apple Intelligence. Was it necessary? Nah.
