I've got an issue with Apple Enterprise Support that has been dragging on for weeks with no resolution in sight (Catalina 'server' yay). Their Senior Advisors and engineers are all stumped.
I know there's an email address for special circumstances - something like customerservice@apple.com. I saw it posted here or on the ars technica forum years ago.
Anyone have that contact info? If not, I'm gonna have to email Tim.
