I damaged the back of the skin and they are shipping me a new one for free, they're not even charging for shipping!
The screen is awesome too. I've used Zagg and a few others and that felt crappy under your skin and was way too visible. You don't even notice that the bse is even on!
And lastly my phone took a pretty big tumble this morning and I was sure it would be damaged but not even a scratch! Not sure if that's the iPhone or the skin.

I have bestskinsever on my iPhone 4, too, and it truly is a great skin. Had Zagg IS on my 3G and I still prefer the former.
