Whole disk encryption...

Doea anyone know of any software that is capable of this other than PGP? Truecrypt will only do an area of the disk (on OSX. It will do WDE on Windows), as I guess, will filevault.

Filevault in Lion will do this, Filevault in SL only encrypts your home directory. Best thing to do is wait for Lion.

Given that you can control the destination of your files and keep them within the user folder, what are the problems of having user folder encryption only?
