After some casual research it appears there are no solutions for either of these:

1) System Encryption of Boot Camp Windows 7 Partition.
2) System Encryption of Snow Leopard Partition.

I read that Truecrypt won't work with Boot Camp because the "first 64K" of the boot sector (or something like that) cannot be written to by Truecrypt, which is required for it to work.

PGP whole disk encryption doesn't work on Snow Leopard.

I hope somebody can tell me I'm wrong. I find it kind of hard to believe that system encryption is something that is alien to current Macs.

On another note, even if Truecrypt was made to work on Boot Camp Windows, I guess that means it would be impossible to get a VM to work off that Boot Camp Windows. Is this a correct assumption as well?
